Poster Guidelines

Instructions for Presenters

  • Posters will be on display from Monday, November 27, through Friday, December 1.
  • Posters can be mounted starting at 16:00 on Sunday, November 26.
  • If you need assistance mounting your poster, our staff will be available between 16:00 – 18:30 on Sunday, November 26. Mounting will be done using double-sided tape and on a pre-assigned panel for each poster.
  • Posters that are not removed after the end of the conference will be discarded. The organization is not responsible for posters that are not removed before 13:00 on Friday, December 1st.

Poster Specifications

  • We recommend a standard size of 90 cm x 120 cm for your poster. Poster panels will be able to support posters with measurements no bigger than 90 cm (width) x 120 cm (height).
  • Each poster will be attached to the board using double-sided tape provided by the organization. Please keep this in mind when deciding the finish of your printed poster, you might want to laminate it if you would like to reuse it.
  • Posters with frames or scroll structures will not be displayed.
