General and Student have full access to all scientific sessions, poster area; coffee breaks and Welcome Reception on Sunday, November 26th. Accompanying Person has access to Welcome Reception and Coyhaique’s Nature Tour that will be held on Tuesday 28th from 09:00 AM until 13:30 PM.

Transportation Fee is per person.

In order to classify for the preferential Student Fee, the participant must provide proof of enrollment in an educational institution to [email protected] Otherwise, the participant must pay the General Registration Fee.

Patagonian Barbecue:

The Patagonian Barbecue fee is per person and reservations must be made before November 19th. Participants can pay for additional invitations to the activity for people that are not registered in the event. It is important to keep in mind that this invitation includes only access to the Patagonian Barbecue.

Tours and transfers:

Tours and transfers offered in Astrobiology 2017 are provided by selected travel agencies. Each agency is exclusively responsible for the services they provide.The organization will contact each registered tour participant in case of schedule changes.

Payment Methods:

Credit Cards: Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover are the only credit cards accepted. Charge on your credit card statement will appear as Meet & Greet SpA.

Wire Transfer:

There is an additional fee that must be added to the wire payment. As each bank charge different fees, we suggest confirming with your bank the final amount. The organizers don’t assume the responsibility for this fee or any other.
Once you have made the payment by wire transfer, please send us the confirmation with its receipt to [email protected] Within the next three working days after we have received the bank confirmation and the receipt, the registry, hotel and tours booking will be confirmed via email by our team along with the invitation letter if needed. To facilitate the acknowledgement of bank wire transfer payment, be sure to provide your complete name, details of the amount paid, and other applicable information. Insufficient information causes delay and problems. The payment must be made within 3 days after your registration. Otherwise, the registration will remain pending until we receive the payment receipt.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy – Updated

  • Cancellations confirmed until May 15th 2017: Registration refund granted less a 7% processing fee.
  • Cancellations confirmed between May 16th and September 16th 2017: Will receive a 70% refund.
  • Cancellations confirmed between September 17th and October 13th 2017: Will receive a 40% refund.
  • Cancellations confirmed after October 13th 2017: Will not be refunded.
  • All refunds will be processed after December 18th, 2017.
  • Cancellation notifications must be sent via email to the Conference Secretariat at [email protected].
